  5. Dear Ann and family,
I am delighted to be able to join you on this wonderful occasion. I first met Ann at Knox Private Hospital where she was a much admired and loved person on the Admin team, which I joined after my workplace injury. I will never forget the help that she gave me in my early days, when I was trying to become computer literate. On one occasion, I accidentally deleted a report that I had spent days writing, and then asking Ann for help to try and find it, I felt better when even she could not find it either! Thererafter, she remained a great friend and we had lots of laughs over my many computer learning blunders and also doing the footy tips on Friday nights! A very happy birthday Ann and I wish you many more to come.

  8. Dear Ann.
Congrats on reaching three score years and ten. You are now considered a senior citzen, may the years ahead prove to be just as HAPPY and as fruitfull as the past 70 have, may your handicap be lowered, and could you please find the time to teach Eric how to catch FISH.
    Love and best wishes.

  9. Once you pass 45 the numbers sound totally inappropriate
It use to be that a 50yr old was refered to as an Oldie or an “Olds” according to Scottie, remember Mate yor not that far off!
If you made 60 you were doing Well
To add another decade well its just too old to even consider
But Thank God on behalf of all of us Ann is Living Proof that the numbers really dont count. Its the Quality of Life and what you do with it that really counts.
Ann Darling keep on keeping on and doing just what you do So Well
    LIVING LIFE !
    Love R & G
Just how many trips do you have planned for the remainder of this year?

  10. “Happy 70th Birthday, Ann”
It seems just like yesterday that we first met at Caulfield Lacrosse Club (over 40 years ago!!!). We have shared many important moments and adventures since that time, and long may they continue:
    – Many shared wedding anniversary dinners (e.g. at La Bouillabaisse in the 70’s)
    – Watching our children grow and develop
    – Adventures at Cape York, Broome, Horizontal Falls, Flinders Ranges and Lake Eyre
    – BBQ’s at Lilydale and FA Cup viewing in the ‘Scoresby Triangle’
Hope you get a real ‘surprise’ on Sunday and have a great day.
    Love
    Margaret & Graeme
